Now you can reserve movies at any oovie machine without leaving your house. How great is that!

1. Can I reserve my movies online?

Yes. So long as you've used an Oovie machine before and entered your email address when you rented. We know it can be frustrating to get to the store and find the one you want is gone. So make sure it’s yours by reserving it online first. Then you can pick it up when you get to the shop. (within 6 hours)

2. How does reserve online work?

It’s too easy. Once you’ve used oovie for the first time, and entered your email address, you’ve got an automatic login for future online bookings.

  1. Go to the RESERVE menu on the website
  2. Select your nearest oovie machine
  3. Login with your user name and password. Here’s a big hint – to keep it simple, your username is your email address and your password is the last four digits on the credit card you used.
  4. Find the movie you want to watch – click on the image to select it. You can reserve up to four movies at each time.  It will be held for you for six hours.
  5. Pop by the oovie machine to pick up your movie. It will be held for you for six hours. Just hit the ‘Reserved Movies’ button, swipe your credit card, and your reserved DVDs will automatically come up. You can add more DVDs to your transaction, or change your mind. Now’s the time to use any Promo Codes you might have. Then you swipe your card again, and your movies are delivered.

3. How do I pick up my movie?

It’s too easy. Pop by the Oovie machine to pick up your movie.

  1. Hit the ‘Reserved Movies’ button
  2. Swipe your credit card and the screen will automatically show your reserved DVDs
  3. Add more DVDs to your transaction or change your mind
  4. Use a Promo Code if you have one
  5. Swipe your card again and your movies are delivered.

4. What happens if my movie is not there?

That’s highly unlikely, as once you’ve received an email confirming your booking no one else can rent it – no matter how important or famous they are. However, just in case, you can call our oovie hotline on 1300 656 893 if you have any problems.

5. What happens if I don’t pick up my movie?

If you don’t pick up your movie within six hours of booking it online, then anyone else can rent it.

6. Can I use promo codes when I’m reserving movies online?

You can reserve a movie online first and then use the Promo Code at the machine when you pick up your movie. Our website can’t accept Promo Codes. You’ll need to use those at the Oovie machine to take advantage of our special offers and Free oovie Wednesdays.  or 1st Rental Free or 2-for-1 rentals...gee there are a lot of ways to get free movies from oovie. Too Good.
